With a wellness plan rooted in extensive research, scientific data, and hundreds of studies, Gary Null has developed a strategy that not only protects your brain, but helps to counter the common mental effects of aging, including anxiety, depression, memory loss, and insomnia, as well as more serious conditions such as

Reader Reviews
This review is from: Gary Null's Mind Power: Rejuvenate Your Brain and Memory Naturally (Hardcover)
I have always regarded the brain (the mind) as the last frontier of health. Medical science has thoroughly explored and examined every other part of the human body and, seemingly, saved the most important part for last. Very few doctors, much less laypersons, understand the significance of the brain/mind. I, for one, have always been fascinated by inert substances (placebos) and how they can produce such positive effects. After reading Mind Power (more specifically, the section on psychoneuroimmunology), I know now that it is not the placebo but the mind that produces these changes! Fascinating! In addition, I appreciate the references that Dr. Null has painstakingly included in this work. I highly recommend this book. Dr. Null has a talent for taking technical scientific jargon and transferring it into ordinary, easily-readable prose.
