Reader ReviewsA good part of this book is a test on how to ignite your true body potential through your best qualities or your highest chakra resonance that you are in flow with. This test was right on for me. The questions may seem strange but it all works in the end. I highly suggest this test in the book for everyone. It will guide you to the right lifestyles best for you and the foods and physical excerises and doings best suited for your optimal person. For me it recommended Emotional Freedom Techniques ( EFT) which I was just introduced to recently.
