Reader ReviewsMy daughter had the earlier addition of this book and I was impressed with the information provided. I think the author tries to give a factual summary of each product in an unbiased and fair manner. It gives the consumer an overview of each product so you know the quality of the product you will be choosing to use. I feel that it allows me to make a much more informed decision on my supplements.
