The authors help you lose weight in a healthy way, not just with wonderful recipes, but with tips on relaxation, peer pressure, fitness, etc. Also, the health benefits of many fruits and vegetables are defined and there are sample menus, what to put in your pantry, etc. And........the photographs are gorgeous!
