Reader ReviewsThis is a terrific book with excellent alternatives to overly prescribed drugs. Let's face it. If you go to your doctor with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, etc., you are going to leave the office with a drug that has multiple side effects. Not only that, taking several different drugs each day can lead to numerous dangerous interactions that your doctor can't possibly calculate. This book offers safe alternatives with impressive results similar to taking a drug, but without the liver and kidney damage, headaches, nausea, etc.
