Reader ReviewsThe reader who submitted the last review obviously did not read the book or its title. This book is called "How to Make a Pregnant Woman Happy" - it's written for the mom AND the dad. I used the first edition of this book throughout my first pregnancy and regard it as a bible. There were so many times when I had a first-time-around mom question - and felt uncomfortable about calling my doc over every little thing - this book put my fears to rest by telling me - and my husband - what to do and when to call without sounding like a nag to my OB. Yes, this book is written so that dads feel like part of the process - and thank goodness! My husband wanted to help and didn't always know how. Having a quick reference guide written with both of us in mind was really helpful. Moreover, the book includes natural remedies that I couldn't find in other books - from an MD - which was nice because as a first timer, I was worried about everything, including medications during pregnancy. I have so many notes in it and so many pages are dog-eared that I refuse to lend it out. I can't imagine what the last reviewer was thinking - except that maybe it competes with a book s/he or a friend wrote!
