Reader ReviewsThis book, although written by 2 doctor's was very easy to read and follow. The exercises are quite helpful and I found this program to offer a wide variety of solutions to help with my chronic pain. If you are ready to stop being a victim to your pain then this book is for you. It opened my eyes and has helped me both physically and mentally. I have a clearer understanding of what I need to do to assist my doctors in my recovery.
