This book was a great help in me making my career change from being a Technical Support Specialist to becoming a Web Developer. I am a Certified Technical Trainer and actually teach with this book, and send each of my students home with a copy to keep! This is not a book for experts obviously, but if you need to learn HTML with no prior experience or you are tweaking your skills as a beginner/intermediate user, this is the book for you. It delivers the information in a clear, simple and brief format. You do not even need to be sitting in front of a computer with this book. Many of my students read ahead at night, memorize the techniques and come in the next day way ahead of the others! Big clear pictures, all color pages, tear out reference charts and all for only $20! I should have given a review of this book last year when it first came out. This book is still completely relevant and is not outdated! Buy a copy without hesitating!
