About The Author
Dr. Fang Zhao is Lecturer and Senior Supervisor of PhD, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) & Masters degree at the School of Management, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia. She is a sole author of the research book Maximize E-Business Profits through E-Partnerships (2005, Idea Group Publishing). She has published internationally around forty refereed research works in the areas of innovation and knowledge management, entrepreneurship, e-business and e-partnership, performance measurement and TQM. She was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Management Quality Research at RMIT before joining the School of Management.
