Reader ReviewsThe book does an excellent job of introducing Oracle Application Server and has a much easier learning curve than using the Oracle online documentation. I think it would be highly useful to take somebody to a basic level of understanding of Oracle Application Server. On the other side, the book is inadequate as a means to prepare for the OCA exam. It does not cover the topics in enough detail and the practice questions/exams will at best encourage the test taker to think they are ready to take the exam when they are not.
