As a voice consultant it is often hard to find a book that is both informative for the topic and useful during the actual work. This book succeeded on both fronts. Using this book I was able to recently pass the Cisco exam for this material. However it is far more important for me to have a book that I can use to get the work done. IP telephony has become such a complex detailed solution that no one can keep every detail of how to do something in their head. This book has already been a great reference to remind me of the specific steps I need to configure a portion of Communications Manager.
