Reader Reviews
This books comes out with perfect timing. If financial institutions from banks to equity and property funds had followed the down-to-earth methodic recommendations of this book, I doubt we would face many of the current credit problems. The author presents a thorough, down-to-earth, organised, and fool-proof A to Z guide of the credit lending process. Along the way, drawing from his evident experience, he offers advice to many of the related departments that take part of the credit process such as marketing and operations. Advice that is practical and directed to the greater good of the organization: sustainable profitability. The book's clear structure makes it a perfect guide for consultants, due dilligence analysis, every day practitioners, and even for ngos that specialize in the micro-finance sector. Definitely a book with a great ROI.
