to find a company other than MSP University that provides this type of support for our industry specifically is nonexistent. I am currently using MSP University's CEO Support and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a new business or even an established business looking to grow. It s an invaluable service that has been meeting my expectations each month plus more. --Jamie Williams, President - Effective Technology Partner, IL
it was obvious to me that I was learning cutting-edge information that would make me successful. I was so impressed that I signed up for the CEO Program and the Marketing Program and I gave notice to my employer. It was that clear, how I would be able to succeed, in a relatively short period of time, at realizing my dream of turning my side consulting company into a full-time, full-service Managed Services Provider. I know my business will be successful and I owe a large part of that success to the training and mentoring provided by the MSPU staff. Keep up the great work. --William Davis, President - Technology Consulting Services, WA
the tools that you give us are incredible, and the way you've put this together to go out and do a presentation is the best I've ever seen --Pam Tappan, Director of Sales - ANS Solutions, CA

Reader ReviewsI am a business owner interested in the Managed Services market space. I have read so much about Managed services but have not found a step by step guide on how to implement the managed services business plan or sell those services to clients. What I needed were step by step guides on both the topics. I was introduced to Erick's books by another associate. This book and "The Guide to a Successful Managed Services Practice" by Erick were exactly what I was looking for. Erick is not just a subject matter expert in Managed Services but has practiced and implemented his teachings and recommendations. He explains several key concepts and best practices on Managed Services, Deliverables, Pricing, How to identify clients, sell, support and maintain the services and build a long term win-win relationship with the clients. The coverage on How to Hire and Train your sales staff is worth its weight in gold. Included along with these 2 books are several forms, analysis tools and documents which make the sales process a whole lot easier with predictable results. These are the bibles for my managed services business and I refer them frequently. If you are serious about building a profitable managed services business, you must have these books.
