These books are not worth the price. I have worked on CRM implementations for two years, and I usually study to improve my knowledge on CRM. Based on the reviews written and the price ... , I decided to purchase both Dick Lee CRM books, steps I,II,II,IV. I studied them and I decided to return them because they do not provide solid tools to face real CRM projects.
