About The Author
Ken Dymond is a recognized authority on process improvement methods and the Capability Maturity Models. He is an authorized instructor the SEI's "Intro to the CMMI, v1.2" and an authorized Lead Appraiser for SCAMPIs. He is the author of the popular "A Guide to the CMM" and the "Assessment Coordinator's Handbook."
