This was my first Cisco Press book that I have read, and I found it both informative and interesting. Karen is able to organize and explain the topics very well. I take care of Catalyst 5505 that was installed before I came, and now I understand how the device is able to "route once and switch many" I have not taken my CCNA or CCDA exams yet, and was able to fully understand the topic.
