Reader ReviewsThis book is about median on the Cisco Press quality see-saw. The chapters on SNA fill out a CCDP requirement that's hard to research elsewhere. The Voice over Data networking chapter is a nice summary, too. Otherwise, the writing of this book poorly rehashes what you should already know from the previous 5 exams you had to take before this one. I recommend getting this book, but reading it selectively, without intent to go cover to cover. I used this method, and passed the exam with a fat safety margin.
