Reader ReviewsI purchased this book to help prepare the CVOICE exam and found it a useful supplement to my other prep material. I had trouble finding Cisco material for CVOICE. This book includes a practice test as well as flash cards and a summary of key concepts. It is written by the same trainers who present the excellent Knowledgenet course. I also used it to prepare the QoS exam. There my principal resource was the excellent Cisco Press book by Wendell Odom and again the Knowledgenet Express course. I think that this book's test is a bit easier than the real exam, especially for the simulations, but still quite useful. Since it also includes prep for the Call Manager Exam, it is really a bargin. Three practice tests and flash cards for about the price of one (inexpensive) practice test! I wouldn't recommend it as the main resource for any of the three certs, but it is quite worthwhile as a review tool when you think that you are getting close to ready.
