It is also true that the CCNA is one of the toughest exams you will ever take and that's why you need these workbooks and the Companion guides that go along with them. Workbook/Journal Volume 1 is the prefect add-on the First year Companion guide. Covering topics like each layer of the OSI model, TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, WAN, Routing and Routing Protocols and most important Router setup and configuration. Workbook/Journal Volume 2 goes along with the second year companion guide and it covers topics such as LAN Switching, LAN Design, IPX, PPP, ISDN, Frame Relay, WAN and WAN Design. Both books compliment the respective companion guide very well. Both workbooks include CCNA Exam Review questions. Since the CCNA exam is changing these books will need to be updated, but for those wanting an excellent place to start you won't find a better source of information. Another winner for Cisco!
