Very good parallels between classes and Cobol subroutine. Most of the Java books are written by former C++ programmers, who do not know Cobol. But Mr. Burne trying find some common ground between Java and Cobol, to simplify learning. I gave it 4 stars, it would be nice to have some Input and Output File processing, GUI and JDBC coverages.
