I use this book to teach Intermediate Micro (although I can only cover the first 13 chapters in the book). The book is very decent (not perfect, but better than the others that I examined - actually, depends on the type of students, but if you are not in a community college or in a research school, this book is the closest to what it should be). Rigorous, clear, lots of industry related applications (not so for MBA students, though). I found that the Applications in the book are much better understood (and therefore useful) if you write questions about how the Applications are related to the theory. You also have to select which problems at the end of chapters your students should answer, since some of them are too theoretical or irrelevant. Comment | | (Report this)
