I like to have all kinds of Resume books and examples to refer to. No two resumes should be the same--this book gives great ideas on how to make YOUR experience stand out, not only in its wording, but also in the visual appeal. The onlydrawback I found is that some of the sample resumes are a bit simplistic and if taken at face value, people may try to keep it so short that they don't consider all their skills. Remember, your resume is the first step to selling yourself. Valuable reference to have around.
