Patrick Lencioni; Author, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; President, The Table Group
Every leader requirements to hear this message and take it to heart. This is a terrific book.
Reader ReviewsFirst of all, I've read a ton of these kind of 'cute' leadership, teamwork, revolution books and feel the genre is, at best, a moneymaker for the average chump. This book should not be compared with such books. The writing is snappy and engaging, the lessons ring true, and the tone, well.. not contrived. You can always tell when someone enjoys/believes what they are espousing and it makes for powerful stuff. While this is no revolutionary work, its a great East coast-West coast read. It will energize and get you back on track as a leader. You'll find you pretty much know the lessons, but The Radical Leap pushes you to put them in use- A kind of "bring it on!!" feeling.
