This is a very solid book that covers a lot of ground. Includes referential and troubleshooting information for Ethernet, ATM, Frame Relay, and other media. A good balance of in-depth information, good/descriptive graphics, and good lists of probable troubleshooting causes. He also gives a thorough introduction to the different diagnostic tools available, and has a lot of extra referential stuff in the back. I think the book is easy to understand and much more detailed and complete than a lot of other troubleshooting books that I've seen out there. If you are into serious troubleshooting, I'd invest in this book.
