No longer are shutter speed, apeture sizes (f-stops), and film ISO numbers a mystery. Now I know the basics of what I need to get a picture to come out right. If you are already into photography and know the basics, then the boook probably won't "do it" for you, but for a beginner this was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I guess the people who gave it lower ratings before this review didn't read the sub-title at the bottom of the cover that says "An INTRODUCTION to the Equipment and Creative Techniques of Digital Photography".
