It includes information on designing the environment, managing, opimizing and troubleshooting (including disaster recovery planning and methods). It has all of the material you need to know to pass exams 070-284 and 285 for MCSA/E: Messaging credential, so you don't need to buy any other books! The CD ROM has the ebook format plus tools and resources that you can use on the job. I have around sixty MS Press books in my library, and this is easilly one of the very best written as well as more useful.
