Mario Szpuszta is working in the Developer and Platform Group of Microsoft Austria. Before he started working for Microsoft, Mario was involved in several projects based on COM+ and DCOM with Visual Basic and Visual C++ as well as projects based on Java and J2SE. With Beta 2 of the .NET Framework, he started developing Web applications with ASP.NET. This ASP.NET tomb covers just about everything in the 2.0 release, and covers it well and in depth. The thing that I really like about it is that the examples and sample code are very targeted to things that you'd really want to do with a dynamic web site. For example, it gives you good suggestions and useful code for setting up a data access layer to talk to your database. It does have "Pro" in the title and indeed it is mainly targeted for experienced developers. There is a CD included that sounds good, but I haven't gotten to it yet...
