About The Author

software engineering, and process management. She is an associate and section editor for the Journal of Database Management and Journal of Informing Science, respectively. She is the author of Developing Quality Complex Database Systems and Data Warehousing and Web Engineering. She lives in Flagstaff, Arizona.
