From the supplier: The California Health Information Network electronic data interchange has been formed by four major California managed care health care providers to speed transactions between medical plan providers and payers. Blue Shield of California, Health Net, PruCare of California and TakeCare expect the network to improve client services and cut administrative costs by $40 million. The four managed care organizations provide services to almost 3.5 million Californians.
