Reader Reviews
Being an Academic and a Black Belt myself as well as a practicing manager for 15 years at Fortune 100/500 companies, I found this book an excellent practical guide to introduce people in the SixSigma concept. Statistical concepts that usually trouble people are presented in an easy to read format with examples that link 6sigma theory to 6sigma practice thus preparing the reader to take rational-scientific and fact-oriented action in the business world. Though I bought this book out of curiosity, I found it very enjoyable indeed! In my opinion this book can be used not only by starters in the 6sigma methodology but it can also be used for 6sigma training purposes as well as for review and reference purposes by the practioners.
