Reader Reviews
As someone relatively new to the telephony field, this book was a good introduction to a variety of topics. Since it is based on a managerial point-of-view, the topics are not highly detailed or technical, but contain enough information to understand what the various components are, and how they interact. This is not the only book that I would buy to understand issues in telephony, but served as a good general-purpose introduction. A valuable book to those new to telephony concepts. Also contains many real-world case studies, enhancing its value to those in a managerial role seeking to utilize or understand this technology.
