About The Author
Ron Carswell has over twenty years of computer experience with both small and large organizations. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University. He is currently an Assistant Professor at San Antonio College, where he instructs in A+, N+, MCSA, and MCDST certification courses.
