I opened it up to a page an random to see if it could convince me that there was a black influence on Greece. On the first page I looked at, I right away saw that this book was really a bunch of nonsense. The book tried to claim that the Mycenaeans were African. Nevermind the fact that their skulls were identified as Nordic. Nevermind the fact that they spoke an Indo-European language. The author won't tell you this. This book is less accurate than Nennius' History of the Britons, which was written in the Dark Ages. Black Athena is way too long for a book that misleads the less informed public. I hope that most of the people that have enough patience to read it know enough about the Greeks already to be immunized against its slanderous thread of words.
