This particular edition of Hardy's The Dynasts would be lovely--if the publishers had included the third part of the drama! I was horrified to find that, after ordering this book to be read for a Thomas Hardy graduate seminar, I only had 2/3 of the story in front of me. One would assume that a thirty dollar paperback would at least include the complete text, but evidently that is not the case (one would also assume that this minor detail would be made clear in the listing). Bottomline, if you're interested in parts one, two, AND three, pass on this edition for another, complete, one.
