I'm really interested in these two figures and was excited when I received the book. I really hate to be "one of those" that writes a review before finishing the book, but this book is soooo dry. I am having so much trouble finishing it. Mundane facts about the working relationship of the two nations, that only Cuban or Venezuelan officials would get excited over. Not worth the cost of shipping!
