This book is a treasure trove of historical information on the entire McIntosh County area. If you live in/visit occasionally/or are interested in McIntosh county Georgia this book is a MUST HAVE. Although to the passerby McIntosh County seems like a small rural coastal county in southern georgia, with not much to see yet (but about to develop) IT IS NOT -- McIntosh County may be one of the most historical counties in the entire south, "There's been a lot of water under that bridge." And this book will reveal all of it to a good detail!
