I did it by going through the whole book twice. I didn't super memorize, but I talked about what I was learning with freinds frequently. The book made the material interesting, which helped me memorize. It was kinda like pleasure reading (but granted, I'm into history). I was surprised I got an 800, as the review didn't take much effort. just a heads up: I felt like I did pretty bad on the test while taking it. SAT tests sometimes have a pretty awesome curve, so don't get discouraged in the middle of the test.
