About The Author
Ron Olson, a faculty member of the Achiever School at Clover Park High School in Lakewood, Washington, has more than 24 years of teaching experience, including extensive experience with AP U.S. history, AP government, and humanities courses. Olson earned his B.S. in history and English from New Mexico State University and earned his M.A. in secondary education from Adams State College. In addition, he serves as a faculty consultant for the College Board. He lives in Bonney Lake, Washington, with his wife and two dogs.
