Reader ReviewsI have not read this book. I have just purchased it. I have, however, taken two classes from John Strawbridge (and Gary Wheeler at Actors Company Theatre) and the classes were incredible! I have no doubt this book will be all that and more. If you are SERIOUS about improving your auditioning skills, understanding what an audition is and what a casting director is looking for (here's a hint: sometimes THEY don't know what they're looking for) then you will want this book. Careful - John is straight forward, honest, and tells it like it is. If "you can't handle the truth" then this book may not be for you. Buy it anyway. You'll be glad you did.
