When I first heard about this book from a friend of mine; I asked him if I can borrow it to go over the book quickly. I was amazed how the author was able to capture all the significant and important aspects of Islam and the Muslim world in the most simple and easy to follow method. I loved the tables in the book and how the author was able to compare and contrast between the different elements of Islam. This book has many important articles written by prominent scholars in the field of international politics and Middle Eastern Studies. This book is a must read for anyone who is interested to learn the surface and depth about Islam and the Muslim World. I have decided to buy this book and added it to my small library.
