Reader ReviewsThis is a smaller, more condensed version of Joseph Murphy's "The power of your subconscious Mind" There are short stories/examples included throughout to get the point across. In 94 pages you will learn how the mind works and how our bodies believe what our mind says, even when we think it's not listening. Information on how to apply the subconscious mind to specific problems. Six chapters deal with subjects of mind and: health, alcoholism, wealth, marital problems and guidance. "The conscious mind has the power of choice; the subconscious does what it's told to do." -from the book. I am familiar with Joseph Murphy's teachings and have read this book a couple of times. So far, I haven't seriously done any of the techniques, except that I do try to monitor what I say more closely than I used to. This book has been helpful to me, and I pick it up ever so often to get a little refresher or if I'm searching for the answer to a question. I also recommend "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind."
