Reader ReviewsWhy for everybody? It's so well written that just anybody can take it in their hands, read it and never let go. As we know the viking beliefs were a bit different from village to village so I guess the book can be a challenge for those who already know the Vikings, their history and mythology, as for those who have maybe just heard of them. If you are looking for an inspiration of any kind, look no further-it is in this book. It is also very apropriate for youth and even children. A very enthusiastic author who works at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education, who is a writer, photographer, producer of documentary films, ...illustrator has obviously put a lot of devotion into this book so it is also a piece of art just by looking at it. I hope the day will come when I shall translate this book into my language and present amazing Viking life to the people who have only 3 books available in their native language but none of them carries such treasure of viking beliefs as this one.
