From Library Journal
Frankiel (Claremont Sch. of Theology) and Greenfeld, a dancer/choreographer and the founder of a personal fitness training company, have collaborated on this handbook of prayer and meditation based firmly on Jewish tradition and belief. Each chapter explores the meaning of a traditional Hebrew prayer, accompanied by a visualization practice and movement exercises. Diagrams and step-by-step photographs illustrate the exercises and concepts, many of them based on the "Sefirot," a Kabbalistic view of the body's energy centers as patterns of divine manifestation. A practical, well-written book of inspiration for Jewish seekers.

Reader Reviews
This book is helping me play with movement and prayer. There are also great visualizations and discussions of healing. I also value the phrase-by-phrase translations / explanations of the traditional prayers.
