Product Description
What is the origin of this humanity on planet Earth? What is the origin of all of the races, of Nature, of all which has been, is, and shall be?
"There are facts, cosmic and geological events, that are worthwhile to study in these treatises of Gnostic anthropology. There is no doubt that Gnostic, scientific anthropology unveils all veils related with the origin of the human being and the universe." (Samael Aun Weor)
Moving far beyond the limitations of conventional thought, this book presents a view of this planet which is harmonious with all of our most ancient traditions, and indicates the path towards the resolution of our most fundamental problems.
Topics include: The Evolution of Mankind; Darwin; The Theory of Natural Selection; Haeckel; Huxley; Cosmic Ages; Prehistoric Men; Men from Apes or Mice?: Easter Island; Lemuria; Atlantis; Adam and Eve; The Book of Genesis; Religion vs. Science; The Fourth Dimension; The Kabbalah; Dinosaurs; The Root Races of Humanity; and much more.
About The Author
"We, the bodhisattvas of compassion who love humanity immensely, state: as long as there is a single tear in any human eye, as long as there is even one suffering heart, we refuse to accept the happiness of Nirvana. We must seek the means to become more and more useful to this wretched, suffering humanity." (Samael Aun Weor, The Major Mysteries)
Samael Aun Weor wrote over sixty books, gave thousands of lectures, and formed the worldwide Gnostic Movement, whose members number in the millions. Though these accomplishments are certainly impressive by any standard, they are merely the pale terrestrial reflection of the work he accomplished internally, spiritually. And yet, in spite of his wisdom and generosity towards mankind, he said:
"Do not follow me. I am just a signpost. Reach your own Self-realization."
His lifelong mission was to deliver to humanity the total and exact science required by anyone of any religion, race, culture or creed who wishes to fully and completely develop as a human being. The path he taught is the Path of the Bodhisattva, that mysterious and ancient wisdom long hidden in the bosom of every great religion.
"It is necessary to study our own "I" if we really love our fellowmen. It is indispensable to comprehend that only by putting an end to the factors of egotism and cruelty (that each one of us carries within) can we create a better world, a world without hunger and fear. Society is the individual. The world is the individual. Therefore, if the individual fundamentally changes, the world will inevitably change. The consciousness is in critical danger and only by radically transforming ourselves as individuals can we save ourselves and save humanity." (Samael Aun Weor, The Revolution of the Dialectic)
Reader ReviewsFirst I'd like to express my deepest gratitudes for what Samael Aun Weor and his organzation has done for humanity. In this book SAW unveils anthropology as it should be taught everywhere, including colleges and universities. He writes in a very clear and direct manner. He doesn't sugar-coat anything, he seems to be very sincere all the time. One has much to learn from this book. His anger towards false science is definitely shown throughout the book and I understand that. I only wish he would have elaborated more on some topics, though I do appreciate his recommendations of other books and authors. All the topics here are of great interest and of great importance to many people. Also, sometimes he tends to repeat himself a bit too much though I understand that some repetition is good. Other than that, the message here is indispensable and is the point of the matter to me. It is something beyond academia which is merely learning and memorizing what other people have said and written. No, this is pure experiencial stuff, something than can be learned from within oneself and from experience. If one has believed in academia for so long without actually experiencing anything, then why not open up to this form of anthropology which sounds far more convincing an something that one can see for oneself? I still gave this book 5 stars only because of the profundities explained here that are rarely found elsewhere. Also because of the bold and sincere manner in which SAW explains things. Overall, even thought it might not be the most informative and well written book out there, the eye-opening and convincing arguments revealed in this book gives it much value. It can also be of great importance for truth seekers on the path towards self-realization.
