While, I don't believe that this book was written from a purely scientific perspective, it does have some insight. While I won't speak or argue specifics or details contained in the book--the volatility of the subject it beyond belief--I do have reservations. The problem that I have with it is that it appears too much like the researchers started with a BELIEF, and then set out to present matter that supports their belief, rather than have a QUESTION, and set out to find the answer--regardless of what the answer might be. Too many of the arguments could be manipulated or interpretted differently depending on what result one was looking for. It just seemed too selective when it comes to choice of information, and biased in its presentation. None-the-less, there was research involved, and there is some useful information presented, but I wouldn't take the information blindly. Regardless of what you believe, this book can provide you with information that would allow one to feel more versed on the subject. Af far as writing style, it is quite easy to read, and the book is divided into 100-or-so questions, each having only a few pages devoted to it. Easy to pick-up for only a few minutes at a time.
