Reader ReviewsFor those interested in this subsection of IPE this is a great introductory textbook. It highlights the various systems under use and the last third focuses on very interesting phenomena that has been occurring recently, privatization. It is very clearly written and you do not need much background in economics to get a lot out of this book.
